This article explains what each Email Alert means, when a user has enabled the “Stream Alert” feature in a station. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings>Broadcast, tick the box next to “Enable alert” and add the email(s) you wish to receive the Alerts on. These emails must be of signed-up users.
Bellow you will find a list of the alerts you might receive, along with the reason that triggers the alert each time.

Sent if silence is detected in the stream. This is done if the LUFS are lower than -50 for 2 consecutive minutes.
“Silence detected” email notifications are sent in 30 minute intervals; in case the stream keeps having silence (meaning that each minute we keep getting measurements of < -50 LUFS), “Silence detected” notifications will not be sent for the next 30 minutes, to avoid spamming users.
Silence Voided
