IceS
Download the source client for broadcasting in MP3 format to an icecast2 server. IceS reads audio data from an input and sends the audio data to one or more files or icecast servers. Before it’s actually sent out, some processing maybe performed, typically resampling and/or downmixing to produce streams suited to various bandwidth requirements. Available only on Linux/ Unix.
Edcast
Edcast is a free broadcasting tool “targeted to the small station owner”. There are three different flavours of Edcast, a Winamp plugin, a Foobar plugin and a standalone Broadcaster. Edcast is available only on Windows.
Rocket Broadcaster
Rocket Broadcaster is a free software that streams audio to Icecast, SHOUTcast, RSAS, and most online streaming services. Rocket Broadcaster is only available on Windows.
