Stream Alert types

This article explains what each Email Alert means, when a user has enabled the “Stream Alert” feature in a station. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings>Broadcast, tick the box next to “Enable alert” and add the email(s) you wish to receive the Alerts on. These emails must be of signed-up users.
Bellow you will find a list of the alerts you might receive, along with the reason that triggers the alert each time.
Gateway Link Connected

Sent if the Encoder is connected (Primary Server) - No listeners required
Gateway Link Disconnected

Silence Detected
Silence detected for the stream: stream-name (station name). The LUFS level for the past 2 minutes is lower than -50. You are receiving this because your email has been used to accept alerts for this stream. If you wish to unsubscribe, please contact "contact@revma.com"
Sent if silence is detected in the stream. This is the case when the LUFS are lower than -50 for 2 consecutive minutes.
After the first email alert, “Silence detected” email notifications are sent in 30 minute intervals; in case the stream keeps having silence (meaning that each minute we keep getting measurements of < -50 LUFS), “Silence detected” notifications will not be sent for the next 30 minutes, to avoid spamming users.
Silence Voided
Silence voided for the stream: stream-name (station name). The LUFS level for the past minute is higher than -50. You are receiving this because your email has been used to accept alerts for this stream. If you wish to unsubscribe, please contact "contact@revma.com"
Sent if the silence is no longer present. This is the case when the LUFS are higher that -50 for the past minute.
